6 months plus possibility of extension

Job Description:

· Identify key degradation mechanism of failure mode associated with operating the equipment

· Assess risk (probability and consequence) of incurring such degradation based on risk matrix

· Identify task that can be taken to mitigate or eliminate such degradation from occurring. Mitigation should cover Preventive Maintenance, Condition Monitoring, Inspection , Performance or Function testing

· Assess the mitigated risk based of risk matrix

· Coordinate the risk assessment/ mitigation work involving personnel

· Develop Equipment strategy documentation

Special Requirements:

· Minimum 10 years in related field

· Fluent in English, written and spoken

· Good communication skills, written and spoken as direct contact with client / partner will be required
