Job Description:

· Report to Wellhead Platforms Team Leader under Project Manager of JDA Block B-17 Field Development Project in Malaysia/Thailand Joint Development Area

· The candidate should be able to work with multi-cultural environment with tight schedule project

· The candidate will assist Work Package Team Leader in review and supervise the contractor work in the area related to electrical/instrument engineering

· To coordinate with Project Engineer, other Discipline Engineers and relevant Parties to ensure project performance

Special Requirements:

· Degree in one of the following:

• Electrical Engineering or Instrument Engineering or Control Engineering

· To provide technical assistance and advice to Work Package Team Leader in developing and coordinating the required engineering studies

· To assist Work Package Team Leader in preparation of dossiers for the company, shareholders and authorities, as required

· Substantial knowledge of oil and gas international standard particularly electri-cal/instrumentation, process and safety e.g. IEC, NEC and API

· The candidate must be able to attend technical/commercial evaluation and safety/process en-gineering workshop as required

· The candidate must be able to review, comment on technical document from Contractor(s) on electrical/instrument engineering matters

· The candidate must be able to supervise and keep contact with Contractor(s) on electri-cal/instrument engineering matters

· The candidate must be able to attend construction, testing and installation activities at site as required

· Experience in process facility design, engineering and operations of offshore natural gas pro-duction are preferably
