Job Description:

· Having to monitor the Engineering and Construction entity, he supervises and motivates teams in Luanda and on sites

· Mission of advising the assets and other entities for practicability / expenses of technical project

· As part of modifications and of supplementary developments, he takes care of the realization and of the monitoring of all activities requested to the Eng. and Construction Service from the stage of draft, through the preparation and the" Check For Execution \ " to the construction and to the commissioning, by applying Rules and Specifications in force so that the imperatives of Safety / Environment and Quality of company are respected

· Takes care of the updating of all documents and plans of installations after modifications

· Takes care of the provisioning of all archived elements (copies, files, etc) solicited by different entities

· Coordinates the activities of the drawers and of the engineers as well as of the Entity and of the Engineering Companies through the needs expressed. This shall be done as being the responsible of the quality of the studies and of the documents that shall be provided

· Coordinates the activities of the Construction Companies and makes planning of works and interventions

· Is responsible for the realization, within the respect of HSE rules, costs and timings of the project and works on the petroleum installations

· Management of the Preparation and Supervision Team

· Elaboration of the annual budget and of the budget for specific projects

· Follow-up of the PO necessary for the job requested
